Return Policy

Majestic Auto Parts, we will try to provide the right part all the time.  However, if a need arises to return a product for any uncertain reason, Majestic will do it’s best to service the customer always.

1 hour Cancellation

You may request to cancel your transaction within 1 hour of purchase, after 1 hour we are unable to cancel the order and will need to issue a refund after your have received your order.

30 Day Return

You may return a part within 30 days of your order, if the part is:

  1. Accompanied by an authorized RGA #, which you can obtain from a Majestic Customer representative
  2. The part is not damaged or missing components.
  3. The part can’t be used or damage to improper installation.
  4. Must be in the original packaging along with all accessories and instructions.

Once the part is returned and meets the requirements above, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and the credit will be applied in the same method the original payment was made. The only instance where a restocking fee will not apply is when the said product is defective or an error was made due to Majestic Auto Parts.
